Registration Information 

Vendor/Vintner Registration:

Minimum space 10x10. We can accommodate larger spaces upon early request. Each space limited to one (1) business. Electricity is available only upon request at time of registration. It will not be available to add on day of festival.

  •  $50 per space - no electricity needed
  • ​ $55 per space - with electricity
  • ADD $5.00 if Ice is requested.
            



**Please make sure to include your business name as well as a contact name when you register & give a description of your product(s). Fill in all of the contact information before you submit.
To insure your space…fill out the application below and register NOW! Space is limited.
​    Acceptance of registrations will be left to the discretion of festival organizers.
Payment not required until Application is approved. You will be notified to return to this page to pay for your space. You will be able to choose from Pay Pal or credit card. If you prefer paying by check, please include your business and personal name and send to the address below.


Winery Registration

A beautiful Wine Garden has been established for your comfort & convenience. The white picket fence surrounding this historic home, will be filled with the best of Texas wineries.  Within the Wine Garden a minimum space of 10x10 will be provided.  Ample space between wineries will be allocated.

Note: Throughout the Wine Garden there will be seating available for your customers to enjoy their wine experience. Visitors will be allowed to bring their food into the Wine Garden, however, no open glasses or bottles are allowed outside of the WG gates. No one under the age of 21 is allowed into the WG unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

A Winery Fee of $60 has been set in order to cover expenses involved in executing this extravagant event. CRESS Community Foundation established the Wine Festival as a not for profit fund raiser. Student scholarships and other assistance within our small community are allocated with the proceeds we raise from this festival. You can be assured that we will do every thing we can to see that this event is profitable to you.
You must let us know if you will need electricity one month before the Festival, in time for the printing of the site map. For your convenience, Festival runners will be available to help maintain your ice and to discard items as needed.

Please give us a list of wines you will be bringing, so we can advertise these for you. We also ask that you bring one bottle for us to use in our hourly drawings.

FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
All Festival vendors must provide their own free standing, covered tent, supplies & lighting, if needed. Vendors must bring a minimum of 50ft. heavy duty extension cord, if electricity is requested. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables & chairs. 
The Festival reserves the right to reject any application for vendor space or any item listed on a vendor application which is deemed unsafe or considered inappropriate for family viewing.  The Festival reserves the right to inspect booths at any time during the festival to ensure compliance. Security personnel will be on site to enforce this policy.
Booths must be maintained in a neat, clean condition. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area at the end of the day.
The Festival holds the irrevocable right to assign booth locations.
Vendors must display Texas Sales & Tax Permit in your booth. A compliance visit from the State Comptroller's office can be expected during the day. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all sales/use tax applicable to your sales. 
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance or placement. Festival officials reserve the right to select
 or reject vendors. If requested, you will need to send pictures of your booth and/or items to be juried.
Set up will begin on Friday, Sept. 15th at 9a.m. and on Saturday, Sept.16th at 6:30a.m. Festival Staff will be on site beginning at 6:30a.m. All support vehicles must be removed by9:30a.m. and all booths must be ready for business by 10:00a.m.  Booth breakdown must not begin before the close of the Festival. No vehicular traffic will be permitted on the festival grounds between 9:30a.m. & 7:00p.m. on the day of the Festival. 
The vendor application deadline is August 21st in order for site maps to be printed. Cancellations will not be refunded

I, by my signature, do indemnify and forever hold the Avinger Chamber of Commerce and CRESS Community Foundation, it's officers, directors, agents and members, City of Avinger, Cass County, blameless from any failure to comply with the reporting of the taxes, nor any liability for any accident or any other problems that we cannot control.
