Winery Registration Details
A beautiful Wine Garden has been established for your comfort & convenience. The white fence surrounding this historic home, will be filled with the best of Texas wineries. Within the Wine Garden a minimum space of 10x10 will be provided. Ample space between wineries will be allocated. Set up to be completed by 10:30am. Garden is open from 11am - 6pm.
Note: Throughout the Wine Garden there will be seating available for your customers to enjoy their wine experience. Visitors will be allowed to bring their food into the Wine Garden, however, no open glasses or bottles are allowed outside of the WG gates. No one under the age of 21 is allowed into the WG unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
CRESS Community Foundation established the Wine Festival as a not for profit fund raiser in 2012. Student scholarships and individual school clubs/activities and other assistance within our small community are allocated with the proceeds we raise from the Wine Garden. You can be assured that we will do every thing we can to see that this event is profitable to you.
Please make sure we have a contact person's name and reliable contact number(s). Include your best email, website and any other address and means of contact you have.
Please give us a list of wines you will be bringing, so we can advertise these for you. We will have The Depot 92.3 radio station downtown all day promoting the day's activites and events. You will all have your wineries mentioned throughout the day including announcing the hourerly winners of the wine bottle raffle. We ask that you bring one bottle for us to give away in our hourly drawings.

By my signature, I do indemnify and forever hold the Avinger Chamber of Commerce and CRESS Community Foundation, it's officers, directors, agents and members, City of Avinger, Cass County, blameless from any failure to comply with the reporting of the taxes, nor any liability for any accident or any other problems that we cannot control.
I have read and will abide by the conditions set forth in this contract.

Door Prizes are presented hourly with your entrance to the Wine Garden!
Admission to the Wine Garden is $10 which includes stemless wine glasses and a wine bag for your bottes. Wine will be sold by the taste, by the glass and by the bottle from the individual wineries
